These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mygentleglow.com and purchases made from My Gentle Glow, operated by Anchor crest LLC.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies referred to below. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Our online store is hosted on Shopify's ecommerce platform.

2. Use of our website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website to introduce malicious code, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, infringe intellectual property rights, collect personal information unlawfully or engage in fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in order to place an order with us.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, specifications and images accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device or display settings.
Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and, where payment has already been taken, provide the appropriate refund.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights. Goods supplied to UK consumers must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where the law requires.
4. Prices and charges
All prices on My Gentle Glow are displayed in GBP (£).
The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be clearly displayed before you place your order.
Our current standard tracked UK delivery charge is £2.95.
We may change product prices for future orders at any time. A price change will not alter the agreed price of an order already accepted by us, except where there is an obvious pricing error. If we identify a material pricing error before fulfilment, we will contact you and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order for a refund of any amount already paid.
5. Orders and contract formation
When you submit an order through our checkout, you are offering to purchase the products in your order. An automated acknowledgement that we have received your order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A contract is formed when your payment has been successfully authorised and we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing or product-information error, delivery is unavailable for the supplied address, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, delivery and contact information. If you need to correct your delivery address or request cancellation, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes or cancellations can only be made while the order is still being processed and has not been prepared for dispatch.

We do not accept cash on delivery or bank transfer.
Payments are processed securely through the payment provider used at checkout. My Gentle Glow does not directly store your full payment card details.

7. Shipping and delivery
Orders are fulfilled through a network of trusted fulfilment partners, and the dispatch location may vary depending on the product and stock availability.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Transit time (United Kingdom): 6–8 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Total estimated delivery time (United Kingdom): 7–10 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Standard tracked UK delivery charge: £2.95.
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:00 pm Mountain Time (MT) enter processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm Mountain Time (MT) on Friday, or during weekends, begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Unless another delivery period is specifically agreed with you, we will deliver within the period required by applicable law.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the available tracking information by email.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our voluntary return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For eligible online purchases, UK consumers generally have the statutory right to tell us that they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.
For non-faulty change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Our restocking fee is £0.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are handled in accordance with your legal rights, including return costs where required by law.

9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that you have under applicable consumer law and that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
In particular, where applicable, UK consumer law requires goods to be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for a particular purpose where that purpose has been made known and the law applies.

Our website may use third-party services or contain links to third-party websites. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the content or availability of independent third-party websites that we do not control. This does not limit our responsibility for our own obligations to you.

Unless otherwise stated, text, branding, graphics and design elements created for My Gentle Glow are owned by Anchor crest LLC or used with permission from the relevant rights holders. Third-party trademarks, brand names, images and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

For consumer purchases, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of business opportunity arising from a purchase made wholly for personal consumer purposes.
Website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to restore service where appropriate.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that part will be treated as removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms and consumer contracts made through My Gentle Glow are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of habitual residence, including applicable UK consumer rights.
Where mandatory consumer law permits, consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where they live. Otherwise, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Wyoming, United States.
